A master percussionist of great prowess and his credits in Afro Caribbean music and Latin Jazz includes La Familia Cepeda, Eddie Palmieri, Los Pleneros de la 21, Giovanni Hidalgo, Harry Belafonte, Paul Simon, Papo Vazquez among others. His classic Mis Raices CD is in the Top 100 Independent Recordings of Latin Beat Magazine. He is a member of Pregones Ensemble since 2007.
